Before and after-school care is on a space-available, contractual basis for families whose children are enrolled in the regular school program at TTMS. The program follows basic Montessori principles in terms of encouraging children to help and teach one another, to follow projects through to completion, to create their own activities, and to care for the indoor and outdoor environments. Various indoor and outdoor activities are offered for the children’s choice. Outdoor activities are offered every day, rain or shine.
During the enrollment process or re-enrollment period in the spring, families may choose to enroll in before and/or after-school care programs. While we do our best to accommodate every request, space in our before and after-school care programs is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Families may choose to cancel or change their Before and after-school care program enrollment for the upcoming school year if notification is received by August 1st. After August 1, 30 days notice must be given.
